Rolestream Monthly Campaign Pass Terms and Conditions:

  • Scope of the Pass: The Rolestream Monthly Campaign Pass ("Pass") entitles the holder to participate in up to four (4) game sessions per month in the same campaign, as facilitated by Rolestream Dungeon Master service ("Rolestream").

  • Pricing: The Pass is offered at a discounted rate compared to purchasing individual game sessions. The current pricing details can be found on the Rolestream website or obtained by contacting Rolestream directly.

  • Non-Refundable: The Pass is non-refundable. Missing a session does not entitle the holder to a refund or credit for that session.

  • Scheduling: Game sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Rolestream reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions at its discretion.

  • Expiration: The Pass is valid for one calendar month from the date of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over to subsequent months.

  • Conduct: Pass holders are expected to adhere to Rolestream's Code of Conduct and any applicable game rules. Failure to do so may result in termination of the Pass without refund.

  • Limitations: The Pass is valid for the specified campaign only and cannot be transferred to other campaigns or players.

  • Payment: Payment for the Pass must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are detailed on the Rolestream website.

  • Termination: Rolestream reserves the right to terminate the Pass at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws.

  • Changes to Terms: Rolestream may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Rolestream website, and Pass holders are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated terms.

  • Liability: Rolestream's liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Pass shall be limited to the amount paid for the Pass. Rolestream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

  • Acknowledgment: By purchasing the Pass, the holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Special Circumstances and Requests: Rolestream may, at its sole discretion, take special circumstances and requests into consideration regarding the Pass. However, Rolestream is under no obligation to alter, amend, or waive any conditions of the Pass. Any exceptions or modifications to the terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by Rolestream.
